Employee & talent referral program

Great people often know other great people.

The ASQS Referral Network creates a structured way for employees, applicants, alumni, partners, and community members to introduce qualified people to future opportunities.

ASQS enterprise perspective

Referrals expand relationships—not shortcuts around standards.

A referral may help ASQS discover talent, but every referred person must complete the applicable application, screening, qualification, onboarding, and assignment process.

Referral recognition or incentive eligibility, if offered for a specific campaign or role, is governed by written terms issued for that opportunity. A general referral does not automatically create a payment obligation, employment promise, interview, or placement.

Framework

Who and what can be referred

The network can support current openings, Talent Network categories, specialized skills, leadership pipelines, and surge readiness.

01

Qualified candidates

People whose skills, availability, experience, credentials, work preferences, or community knowledge may align with ASQS opportunities.

02

Specialized talent

Professionals in staffing, HR, payroll, property, facilities, care support, compliance, finance, technology, and operations.

03

Future workforce

Candidates interested in seasonal, project, temporary-to-hire, remote, multi-location, or emerging opportunities.

04

Community connections

Workforce programs, educational partners, professional associations, and organizations that connect people with employment.

Operating model

Referral process

A clear process protects the candidate, referrer, and hiring team.

  1. 01

    Refer

Provide the candidate with the ASQS careers link or submit a referral interest request without sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

  2. 02

    Apply

The candidate submits their own information and confirms consent through the employment-interest process.

  3. 03

    Review

ASQS evaluates the candidate under the same role-specific standards applied to other applicants.

  4. 04

    Recognize

If an approved incentive applies, eligibility is verified under the written campaign terms after required conditions are met.

Commitments

Program safeguards

  • Candidate consent and privacy
  • Equal opportunity and consistent qualification review
  • Written incentive terms control eligibility
  • No referral fee for prohibited or conflicted relationships
